I've played with a Lego figure for years which I referred to as "Detective O'Bother". This is an Manga inspired rendering of him.

An example out of Stan Lee's "How to Draw Comics" book. This is the same pose as Spiderman on the cover.

Ever wonder how Groot got his legs? Perhaps it was the need to reach to any nearby sunbeams. 😞

9-hour car-trip, pencil and paper… I was bored. The sarcasm meter was all the way in the red. I penciled it in during the trip and inked it in later.

This was an experiment in drawing a dragon mouth from the perspective where you see the inside of both the top and bottom of the mouth.
